As the VP of People at Kolbe Corp, Stephanie Clerge is a visionary leader who strives for excellence and believes in helping others achieve their greatest potential. She champions the idea that our work should be energizing, fulfilling, and foster genuine connections. Stephanie, a Certified Heroic Workshop Instructor, is dedicated to making a positive difference in the world. Stephanie and Scott have collaborated for many years through Conscious Capitalism Arizona and other high-level business initiatives. When Heroic founder Brian Johnson reached out to Scott to help establish the first Heroic Activation Arizona Chapter, Stephanie eagerly joined, excited to bring the transformative power of Heroic to Arizona.

Why I am so passionate about the opportunity of Heroic?

Scott McIntosh, a lifelong entrepreneur, thrives on challenges. After successfully growing and exiting his global mining and engineering project management business, McIntosh Engineering, Scott pursued new ventures, driven by his passion for elevating humanity. This led to the founding of MAC6 with his son Kyle, and later, Conscious Capitalism Arizona. Discovering Heroic in October 2023, Scott embraced its mission to see 51% of humanity flourishing by 2051. His enthusiasm for Heroic's vision fuels his commitment to its success in Arizona.
