As we prepare to expand Heroic throughout Arizona—from our established Phoenix community to our historic Tucson launch in October—we need to model what authentic local community looks like. That means moving beyond one-way teaching to genuine two-way sharing.

Our weekly Heroic Arizona roundtables have become something special. While we always include a brief teaching moment, the real transformation happens when participants share their heroic journeys with each other. We're bringing this proven format to our September meeting.

This September meeting launches our most ambitious fall season yet:

• September: Strengthen our Phoenix foundation through shared stories
• October: Historic expansion to Tucson (16th) and join Michael Balchan and Jana Dybinski for a special breakfast event on the 24th.
• November: Showcase our values to a national audience through our Ragnar partnership Nov 01/02.

Each event builds on the last, and it all starts with the authentic community connections we'll forge on September 19th.
